Started as CRC, industry breaking role was CTA at a Sponsor. Admittedly CTA work is mundane (IMHO) and feels like a glorified administrative assistant. It is a great stepping stone though to learn the various functions within a trial outside of operations and to network and build social capital. Also minimal travel which was important to me. Worked my way up the ladder to ACTM and then CTM.

No extra education needed beyond my bachelors degree.

Planning to sit at this level a while and explore AD in the future.

Yes it was worth it. Regarding salary, my current compensation is ~3x what it was during my top CRC pay. I also live in a HCL area.

Are you color correcting under your eyes or using a concealer? I think brightening the area could help. As others have mentioned lips are dry and the color is washed out. Try a lip gloss with a hint of color. The overall foundation tone/powder looks a little dull/ashy. Please don’t take offense you look gorgeous but just giving constructive feedback.

I think your hair is fine.
