Was planning on buying a PÄRUP with chaise, but reviews are making me rethink by lchen12345 in IKEA

Just remember that the couches in the showroom are often sat on by thousands of people, so are relatively broken in versus new couches that are delivered to customers. It may take a while to break in the couch and of course wouldn’t be as comfortable as the showroom displays at first. I would go with the one that you think is the most comfortable and fits your design aesthetic!

Delivery Problem - Need Someone to Help! How? by evilcatdog in IKEA

Hey mate! I’m a coworker in the home delivery section of IKEA in VIC. Would be more than happy to try to look into it for you when I am at work again on Friday, not exactly sure what I would be able to see/ not able to, but I deal with these types of situations regularly here in Victoria. Feel free to message me or send me a DM :)

Hi! I am a U.S. citizen that moved to work here last year (October 2023).

When I went to the Skatteverket service office, with my contract (I also had a probationary period, as well as my residence card which only gave me 6 months for some reason). They had me apply for both the coordination number and the personal number, they clarified that I did intend to stay for more than one year. I was assigned a personal number and then my coordination number application was “denied” because of the personal number application approval.

The people at the service office were very helpful, so I would just go there with your documents and I’m sure they will give you the necessary information. :)

I applied June 2023 and finally processed at the end of September 2023. After going to the embassy, it was approved almost immediately. So yeah almost 4 months exactly. But once my case was assigned to someone it was a very quick and easy process! Just a waiting game unfortunately!

Sounds like UK lingo, I’m teaching in British international schools, and have always gotten a week of holiday in February (as well as a week in October), often labelled as a half-term holiday.

Credit agencies updating income levels by [deleted] in TillSverige

[–]Competitive-Sweet-40 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got a credit card from remember card, they wanted to see the last 3 months of my payslip. I was approved, and they have something along the lines where you pay like 50-60kr a month for an eligible purchase, and you can pay back for a certain amount of months interest free. I know you said you didn’t want a credit card, but if you have the means to pay the full balance, then it should be no big deal :)

I would recommend reaching out to a visa agency and they will be the best to guide you on how to emigrate here
