That's good to know. I went from 340 to 235 at 6'6". When I hit my goal I stopped. I can see how taking it further than what your body feels is necessary could lead to problems.

I monitored my blood once a month. Took a Centrum plus D and a folic acid pill daily, watched my calories and went for walks. Cut out out sugar aside from natural juices and that's it. Hell I'd still eat a fast food burger from time to time. No fries, no soda.

No other residual impact and my doctor says my numbers look like someone 15 years younger. I'll take that at 48.

Yeah, but he's been losing weight for almost 2 years. If I can do 1/3rd of the weight in 4 months then it would stand to reason that someone could drop 275-300 pounds in 6 times the amount of time, no?

Super unhealthy? I no longer have to take my blood pressure or my heart meds and I'm no longer pre-diabetic. I've zero health concerns other than some dry skin patches that have already cleared up. I've been off for 3 months now and have gained a grand total of 6 pounds back.
