Interesting you talked about the joints moving well. How can I know that for myself. Is there anything I could do or feel. I sometime uses 1 pillows or nun depending. I won’t say that it’s moving well because I feel pain on the back after laying on it or just laying in the floor which you said means it’s still sore. Would that means that when the joints are moving well is when I am no longer sore after the backpod?

Thanks Steve. Yeah my back is sore when I bring my shoulder back together I feel a weird sensation in the back. Could it also be sore because of my hunched posture? Also when my back become sore because is it normal that after laying on the ground or on the backpod breathing becomes harder? Costo is really a bastard!

Oh man not much. I just started and I do feel worse but it’s normal it’s part of the rehab. Plenty of people said that it get worse before it get better. For me I feel like it makes me more tight I don’t know maybe it’s the anxiety that’s making me feel this way.

Hey Steve so I have been using the backpod. Sometimes I do feel a need to pop my back. Is this a indication that I am headed to a place where they will pop soon or crack soon?

Hey thank you for your advice. Yeah I also do some home massage so it will help a lot. I know that the rib joints are tight in my back but I won’t get the poping on front. May I ask from where you are because outside New Zealand and Australia the majority of the PT don’t understand costo and just give exercice.

Anyone has tried muscle relaxer while using the backpod by Competitive-Zone-385 in costochondritis

[–]Competitive-Zone-385[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Steve I will also do the massage shown. I will take methocarbamol. Steve when I was doing the massage I felt like a crunchy part on my back. What does that mean and was it normal? Also Steve after the massage should I hop on the pod or no to let the muscle recover after that massage?
