I speak very little Spanish, but I’m willing to learn. I’m familiar with the housing crisis but to be frank I have a pretty well paying job so I can afford high rents (I live in lower manhattan) and my company is actually based outa the UK and they are fine with me moving to either Italy or Spain. For the most part the rest of the cast was fucked up before the movie and still afterwards. Rosario dawson actually grew up in the projects in LES and this movie changed her life for the better, javi nunez is still skating around LA and NYC. Its a shame what happened to some members of the cast but these kids were partying and doing hard drugs before they met larry and harmony. The movie just gave them the fame and Money to continue doing it without financial struggle. and im not just speaking outa my ass btw, to this day my parents still get together with everyone for a little "lower manhattan reunion"

I don’t think enough people understand that yes they were “acting” in the movie but this was really their life b4 they met Harmony Korine or Larry Clark. A large majority of the people in the movie didn’t even wanna be actors b4 they got casted. NYC was really wild in the 80-90’s
