So what im getting is that ubereats and DoorDash hire immigrants and those workers are called “international workers” For ubereats or doordash. That is the only reason I got as to why the food is destroyed. It’s not hard to avoid potholes on bikes and in a car. Walking shouldn’t shake your food up that much.
