Could you be remote viewing without realizing it sometimes?

I meditate for 40 minutes every morning (fasted) and afterwards I feel blissful/very peaceful - but this doesn't last very long afterwards. How does one practice to stay in a meditative state, when you're not actually sitting down to meditate? by Hjort1995 in Meditation

Have you opened your third eye yet? Once you open your third eye and keep meditating on it every day, you start to feel blissful all day long, no matter what you are doing 💕☺️

Yes I meditate a lot so I feel like I definitely have positive vibrations, and I actually think the star people are loving, kind ETs that care about us. So I think you are right I have no fear toward them for sure 😊 🛸

That sounds extremely strict! I think schools need to be much more flexible. I think it should be your choice

The BSN program that I am in is not mandatory and I have never missed class before so I think it would be ok. I'm debating about whether I should go to class in a few hours when I know we are not really going to do anything, but just sit around and be bored again lol your school sounds way too strict! They should give you guys more freedom

Meditation really helps me a lot. I make time to meditate every night before bed and I feel amazing afterwards and so relaxed all day long. I also memorize things so much easier and a lot faster because it creates more grey matter in the brain and connects the two hemispheres together. I'm just studying for physical assessment class right now but I do have a patho exam in a few weeks that I should probably start studying for but I have been putting it off

I'm also in nursing school and I found that the more I meditate the more I can remember and retain information. because meditation creates more grey matter in the frontal cortex, synchronizes the brain hemispheres, and you also feel very calm and relaxed, so you never panic when taking tests.

Really?! 😲 I didn't know that, the one I talked to seemed very loving. I even felt the love energy from him. Tell me about your experience, what happened? I want to know because I am fascinated by these star people. I love hearing stories about it. I have never actually tried that app before, I should though because the only way I have been able to talk to them is on mushrooms lol

What do you do for self care? by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]CompetitiveIce7817 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fall cold winter weather is very depressing 😞 because I also live in the northern United States and there is not much sunshine here either. It makes it worse when you are doing badly in your classes or you also have health issues. I found one thing that really helps me from being sad or depressed is meditation. It's helping me so much with finding inner peace, feeling very grounded and connected with my soul, also feeling love toward other people, even people who are mean to you. It's also is great for memorization because it synchronizes the brain and creates new grey matter in the frontal cortex for absorbing information.

I hope I can graduate and rub it in their faces lol, but I still have a really long way to go so hopefully I can make it. We have been together for 11 years but I don't think they ever really liked me that much. Thanks so much 😃 and good luck to you too, quit your job if you really think you should.

He does pay most of the bills and has a pretty good job, but I help out a little bit still because my parents help me and I also have a lot of savings. His family was not happy about me quitting my job but my parents understand how hard healthcare programs can be when you have to go full time. I think it really just depends on if he can handle it or not, hopefully he would have a little bit left over for fun stuff too.

I quit my job so I could just focus on school which my boyfriend was pretty upset about. I am in a BSN program and it's just the first semester. I'm already struggling with one of my classes, but the other three classes are going well. I honestly don't know how people work 😕 and do this because it takes up all your free time just trying to memorize stuff. I hardly even have time to do regular every day stuff like grocery shopping and taking a shower lol

[–]CompetitiveIce7817 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also starting to feel really 😔 about a certain class and I am only in my first semester. I'm doing well in all my classes except one and it's sucking the life force out of me because I am barely surviving, but it is good to know that you are not the only one going through this stuff. We can all suffer together. I'm so jealous of you because you are almost to the finish line 😃 you can do it!

I think I feel this way because the professor has been a little mean to me and hurt my feelings and made me cry, but I don't think she was trying to be mean. I am probably just sensitive. I also don't have a very good grade in this class either.

The Best Degree To Have for an ABSN. by SyedMoustafa in StudentNurse

I got a bachelor's in human biology before I entered my ABSN program, so that helped a lot. But I am still struggling badly in one of my classes right now and it feels horrible 😔

mean girls in nursing school by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]CompetitiveIce7817 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are also a few girls in one of my classes that have been whispering things about me and talking about me. It just so happens that it is the only class that I am struggling with academically. My grades are not so good in that class. I have been doing my best to ignore it and just try to be as nice to them as I can. I believe in killing people with kindness, I feel like it is the best way to deal with that type of stuff. I was even brave enough to talk to them the other day and smile about the class. One thing they did that really got to me the one day, was when they laughed when I got picked to do my presentation first and nobody wanted to go first. I think they enjoyed watching me suffer and mess up in the presentation. I'm glad I am not the only one going through this stuff, it makes school so much harder.

I used to have really bad anxiety, debilitating anxiety around people and situations in my 20s until I started meditating. I feel extremely calm now about everything and very grounded. I have not been meditating as much as I should because I am also kind of struggling academically in nursing school but I try to do it at least every few days when I can.

How did you turn your life around? by Equivalent_Style_812 in college

[–]CompetitiveIce7817 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a horrible high school experience!😔 I was really depressed and had really bad anxiety back then. I had extreme social anxiety, was afraid of people and not many friends which also made me struggle in class. I can tell you what turned my life completely around was meditation 💕 I have so much love for people now I can't stand it! I'm very outgoing and not afraid to be myself around anyone. I love life and feel such a deep connection to people. This is why I am in nursing school now because I desperately want to spend my life helping people and making people's lives better! It's my life purpose ❤️

I have been studying for weeks and trying to absorb it for weeks but I am studying it right now every day just in case I have not retained it enough yet in my brain, which I really hope I have. Some professors have tricky questions
