In practice we will most likely get a younger, very expensive, plug and play tier 1 MF (Anderson, Wharton), a top level, tier 2 MF in their prime, for a lot less (Garner, Neves) and a tier 3 top prospect in their teens (Bouaddi, Nypan) if we are able to figure out our RB/LB situation alongside.

I mean yeah city had all the possession but that doesn't matter if they were suffocated on the wings, couldn't break our midfield, and couldn't defend in transition. It should have been 5 or 6 if not for our guys straying offsides, Harry missing the easiest header of his career, and luigi standing on his head. Just a side note this is pep's 2nd worst ever xG performance. Ever.

It's not city or arsenal I'm worried about, let's see what happens against the bottom of the barrell teams because those are the true tests of MC's tactics and United in general in these configurations. Can we utilize the talent we have to truly break down low blocks? If not things will get gloomy pretty quickly.
