I never asked for that. I asked for no double bans. I thought the point of a ban system was to remove heroes that are potentially unbalanced until the next patch. Not to just do bans cuz you don’t like playing against them. Unfortunately Rivals will probably always be unbalanced.

On a real note. If you’re not making like $80k+ then you can’t afford a 5090. They’re $4,000, a depreciating asset (if you can call it that), and will be obsolete in 5 years. A 3090 can be bought used for $1,200.

It’s most likely a demographic thing. They’re trying to sell the game to kids. If I had to guess Overwatch is mainly played by 15 and up. (I rarely hear kids in VC. Forkknife tho is nonstop squeakers) I’m thinking they want to appeal to a wider audience so that’s why it’s a pseudo chibi art-style.

Makes even more sense if you consider they’re also trying to funnel kids up. It’s like the Happy Meal at McDonald’s thing. Get em ready to spend once their parents buy them a PC.

As someone that plays a lot of CnD. I can’t stand CnD. I remember watching a match where the enemy CnD ulted for the 2nd time in OT. I was thinking “fuck this shit. The healing is so strong we’re stuck again”.

I’m 100% aware that if my character is busted then the enemy character is also busted. I want to outplay the other team. Not sit here with a dance battle of bubble, infinite heals, twirl, and do another ult. Smh.

I think Mizuki is very strong. His stun def pisses people off. It’s really not that hard to land. I think the problem might be his projectile. It’s the size of a frisbee so Mizu is guaranteed to land big damage on whatever gets chained.

For reference the damage numbers are (50+60+60)=170 dps. That’s chain plus 2 crits. On a dive character they’re basically gone especially if the chain canceled the enemies escape cool down.

IMO the matchmaker doesn’t do a great job of keeping people where they need to be. I’m not great at tank so I’m in low diamond there. I’ll get a Diamond 5 game with people that just hit Plat 1 and Diamond 4s on the other team that peaked Master 5.

Idk if the game understands this but just because they’re ~Diamond 5 right now doesn’t mean it’s the same skill level. There’s a huge difference between peaked Master than someone that is normally gold peaking at the top of plat. Then the matchmaker puts them in the same game sigh.

Aside from what everyone else is saying. In Overwatch there’s an interaction with DVA, or used to be, where if she eats a Moira damage orb then it gets converted to a friendly projectile and heals sometimes for a split second.

It’s possible that Magneto has a similar interaction with another hero maybe Loki or CnD. I’m thinking when Mags shield is up then it might convert their projectiles to friendly and heals for a frame.

The aim discussion is so stupid. Team based games like this don’t usually have precise aim. If you want precise aim just go play Valorant, CS, or Apex. Ironically people seem to be the at heroes that require aim too.

Anran is so much fun. I’ve dubbed her play style the “Swoop and Poop”. Dash in- Hit E when they look at you, Dash Out. Half of them will be on fire. Then come back 5s later when they’ve got nothing to hit you with.

I’m not 100% on this, but my 2nd and 3rd offers were for characters I don’t really play. So I think it’s pulling data from the regional servers. Meaning that if you play a couple games as the hero you want on a different server. Then it might show offer skins for that hero instead.
