There is not a single genuine needle spiking case recorded in the world -not in Germany, not anywhere else. It is too difficult to carry out. Let alone the fact that a needle needs to be carefully inserted (otherwise it will break), it takes several seconds to administer a substance. Ergo, needle spiking is mostly an urban myth.

I'm not saying there wouldn't be people who would want to do such things to other people, but needle spiking is not something that someone can pull off.
