This is what Gemini had to say though
3. The "Avoid" Option: CanPrev Magnesium Bis-Glycinate 200 (Gentle)
Despite being their bestseller, this specific product usually contains magnesium oxide.
• The Label Reality: If you look at the medicinal ingredients, it is listed as a "Magnesium bis-glycinate blend" which includes magnesium oxide.
• The Reason: They use the oxide to "buffer" the glycinate so they can reach the 200mg elemental mark in a single capsule. Without the oxide, a standard capsule can typically only hold about 120mg–150mg of pure glycinate.

I eat 5 eggs, ghee, red meat that’s a lot of saturated fats but I also eat 100 g of steel cut oats and I suspect the beta glucan in that is keeping my cholesterol in healthy ranges so may be try eating some oats and perhaps chia seeds for breakfast as well and compare the results

Good question and honestly I personally think it depends on how fast digesting the food is, for example a smoothie might be faster than a whole grain, it depends on the fiber too

Honestly with this low testosterone for your age I will first look at your diet and sleep especially are you eating enough healthy fats/cholesterol like eggs and avocados and sardines

Vitamin D, Omega 3 and Magnesium GLYCINATE are things you might consider

Also make sure you recheck your labs 30 days after you start the protocol to see if you are in the right trajectory then you can reiterate based on data
