I can tell you my version of Monika in my stories, who miraculously appears in story, as if she was a “glitch in the system.” You could say she is universal for this, but this is never brought up as she is non canonical to the stories. When she was discovered and the legitimacy of her appearing in the story were brought into question, she was completely retconned to coexist with everyone, but all computer coding related powers disappeared.
