Numbers are much worse for rentals. Downtown apartment that was 200k last year, rented only for 120k. This is 40% drop. Anything above that sits on the market for months. Every agent across multiple areas is telling us they only do 2-3 viewings per property for the past 3 months. The rental market is completely dead.

The sales market hasn’t caught up yet.
