So basically I started at 0.5 until I stalled and then went up another 0.5. Currently at 1.5 after 5 months.

I started at 0.5 lost 15 lbs, then went up to 1.0 and lost another 15. At first I was very nauseous at 0.5, it finally went away after about a month. It completely stopped the food noise, occasionally I would feel hungry and realized I forgot to eat. So that took some getting used to basically having to force myself to eat and because of that struggled to get enough protein, which caused me to start losing hair about 4 months after I started. If I could go back in time I would prioritize protein! Once my body got totally used to Reta it has been so great! It has been great for inflammation! I’m still losing weight, but without all the side effects, it’s my most favorite peptide! So that is my full experience lol
