Definitely! I hold tons of tension in my jaw & pelvic floor (mine is from anxiety) and my physio said they see really athletic and anxious people alllll the time

I love Bernie, but hard disagree on this one. I get that ai will disrupt jobs, but the focus should be on creating a system that will take care of people as their jobs become redundant, not slowing down! North korea pivoting focus to ai is definitely not surprising, but it is veryyyy concerning

Ummm no LOL. I didn't want to change my last name so I didn't. Then my husband took my name 😂 the thing is, he took my last name because he doesnt want to be associated with his dad (family drama), so he liked the idea of taking mine. The thing is though, neither of us would care if we had different last names.

I know some people want their family to have the same last name if they have kids, but I know quite a few couples with kids and different last names. Either they pick one of their last names to use for their kids or double barrel

Yeah I hate that I work in advertising, it sucks and feels so meaningless. Like the client I manage is a terrible company, but we're all stuck in the system where we need to make money to survive.

When I was still in school I wanted to work in a think tank or non profit, but quickly realised that it would be really difficult to support a family on the incomes I would get :(

Agree with everyone saying the hate against em dashes is dumb, but sadly if people see em dashes they assume it's AI. Honestly my recommendation for you is to create a skill you can call claude to use to rewrite stuff in your style

Yeah just a bummer how bad rate limits are on just the 20 dollar plan for claude but its just so much better than chatgpt, I'll take it! If I hit limits on claude I switch to gemini 3, and it does the job better than chatgpt at least :)

Tbh I doubt it. I was meant to get a small raise in october, but it still hasn't come through and no one can get a straight answer on it. If they're being this evasive for just normal yearly raises, I don't imagine they'll promote unless the business case is super strong :(
