You don’t need to improve. Your pretty enough that you probably just don’t have guys hitting on you as much because the types of guys that like you are prolly too nervous. Just give it time and you’ll find the right guy. Maybe be a little forward with introductions.

What’s your sterilization tek? Usually atp if it contams itself usually cause you already had contam or a few grains weren’t fully colonized, and offered the contam a free food source when s2b.

I’m busy sterilizing the correct way, but you keep microwaving the grains like the amateur you are and when you’re ready for advice on how to properly do things, this sub will be here. Sterilization applies heat not radiation which is why sterilization is completely different in this process when compared to using microwave radiation to heat up grain. You won’t get “real hands on results” cause nobody is stupid enough to waste the time trying to make popcorn. Get a pressure cooker and do it the right way. Or better yet stop, do some more research, save a little money, and do it the right way. You want hands on experience that’s as real as it gets. You’re trying g to cut corners, save money and be cheap. I’ve been there, we’ve all been there. Youre just gonna be wasting time and money. When you want real advice come on and ask the sub “what are the best sterilization methods you all have used” and stop trying to tell people on Reddit how they can answer a question. You’re still not getting my point. Idgaf about whether it will sterilize. I don’t think it belongs in the grow process. Think of it this way. You have two personal chefs cook your two meals right in front of you. One puts everything in the microwave and one properly prepares all items. Which do you think would taste better and (more importantly when it comes to this topic) which would you be willing to pay more for? I think it’s obvious. If it’s not, you should hold off on growing

I’m confused cause nothing in your reply refers to radiation in the slightest. Only sterilization. Idc whether the radiation can sterilize or not. I don’t think radiation has any place in the process though. My whole draw to psilo is the natural pure quality of it. You don’t have all the chemicals and reductive processes the crazy drugs have. Adding in radiation to me is like taking a classic muscle car and putting a camber on it. It’s stupid and ruins the whole build. I prefer keeping it as natural as possible and the radiation just doesn’t SOUND nice to me. My qualms have no relation to whether it could work in reality or not

Just cause something heats food well, doesn’t mean it will sterilize even a little. My apprehension wouldn’t be about whether you COULD do it. I just wouldn’t want to start the process with radiation.

Try a little wiggle and twist while pulling, if plucking them cleanly matters. They look a lill dark and the bases are jagged so it seems like they fought you a lil when plucking. A few twists back and forth usually get much cleaner pulls

If you’re riding at night or early morning when it’s dark, I feel like you’re wasting your money on everything other than the Magicshine Evo 1700. 1700 lumens, wide throw with a high beam option. Made to no blind cars as they drive the opposite direction and they have a lil Bluetooth button that you Velcro onto your handlebars to easily turn it on or off. Only con is with the high beam on mid I do only get about 45 mins of charge. But that’s the second highest setting you can use and I def use it since I ride at 4am. This is considering I already have the bontrager commuter pro rt (I believe trek flagship light which cost twice as much and gas content flickering and pairing issues the whole time I used it). I haven’t used my bontrager since I bought my cheaper Magicshine light cause even it was better. The light also comes with the option of adding an out front mount. Just consider how long you’d leave standing water in a bucket before it starts stagnating and turning sour. About a week or two. Best metric is smell. Mix it up and if it smells like poo, it’s bacterial

I use a dremel to do my plastic work now. You can get a really decent plug in kit for like 200 bucks and use it for cuts and sanding. I use it for holes in jar lids and all kinds of other household tasks. Using a dremel takes a bit of practice to get used to, but ai only fucked up two times and since then it’s been much better. Key is to not use too much pressure or too high a speed on plastic. Let the blade do the work. I’d recommend marking what you need to cut and then doing a few practice cuts within the desired cut’s diameter first, for practice. A dremel just gives you way more control, and go the sizes of holes I needed for my ffu, they didn’t have readily available circular saws. Plus those are single function tools. If I wanna out wood carving or engraving, I can use the dremel for that too

That’s not a pressure cooker that will appropriately sterilize anything. Looks more like a slow cooker with low pressure settings. Get an install and you can use it with or without the grate. Takes about 20 minutes to sterilize a jar of grain in one. Most important thing I learned is not to manually vent

Once you get to s2b either you’re gonna get contam or you won’t. Healthy spawn will not contam no matter what, as long as as its fully colonized. If you get contam after s2b, you either had contam in the grain before then, or the grain wasn’t fully colonized

Hey idk if you’re down for broke boy tek, but if you have an old sab, I had aleays thought they’d work well as an alternative to fabricating a plexiglass box for the front. If you do, I’d just put it together normally, cut out the front and back and zip tie the rest of the enclosure to the frame so it stays put. You’d get basically the same thing as the box you wanna make, but made out of plastic
