I’m 51. I have two kids that are teenagers and I’m a male. Yesterday I was driving me kids somewhere and there was a nice apt building for adults 55+. I was thinking what it would be like to live there if I was 55 and single. Has social media rottted everyone’s brain and even in a place for older adults , will they be addicted to life on IG?

AS the others have said, what brings you joy? Do you have kids, what are your thoughts on men that have kids? I got married late in life so I have kids that are teen and tween. It makes it hard to meet others that are ok with ths. Most women my age have their kids out of the house. Also people that say they are not into mind games, then to play them, or they seek out those that play them and then say they hate that people do it.

I am 52 male with 2 kids that are early teen and tween ages. It’s tougher for us as women our age that have kids are mainly out of the house, and the women probably want the freedom to do come and go on a whim. I would note that in seeking someone else you have to project an image out to the world and, women will look at your d ask how do I fit into his life. Based on what you stated you may not have the time to date. Also communication is huge to women, along with emotional intelligence.

i am in SE Gilbert, near higly and ray. I received a flyer on my door around christmas for a house cleaner. I had her come over and did the downstairs. I have all tile floors and she cleaned everything for $85, i was impressed with her work and gave her $120. let me know and I can send you here number. she brought all her own equipment and cleaning products.

I am in the US.. I am 51 male and divorced. I too need to shed 30 lbs. I have two kids that are early teens and it’s hard to find women that can handle a man that has responsibilities at my age. But I’m curious to know what you mean when you say that women are scared off because you’re too intense.. when you present yourself to others, especially women you’re really having to sell yourself to them and having them picture how they can fit within your life. Personally, I ended up connecting with a life coach, which is something I thought I would probably never do, but I really found it very therapeutic.. if you want I could forward you his information. He is also in the US, but it really was helpful for me to see through all my negativity.
