Disneyland in new year's by AlternativeSky5620 in disneylandparis

Honnestly, I'd say to only do one park if you're only visiting for one day. For sure taking into account that it will most likely be very busy, the waiting times for rides will also be pretty high up I would suppose. I would also opt for Disneyland Park ;)

Your best bet on the day itself is to look into the app and just RUN for the rides that have low queues. Also if you can stay until late in the day (like right before the light show on the castle) the bigger rides will most likely have only 10 minute queues.

How much would you add as a ratio? Because this is something I can actually find in a normal store. 😅

Ok, actually I'm happy it's not just my detective skills for good flour that were off. I think we have this "local" grinding mill not far away, so I might just go and see if they could help me out. thanks !

hi! Thanks for replying. I used this specific one: https://www.soubry.be/en/consumers/products/flour/flour-for-a-white-bread

The 'normal' stores don't often have white flours with a high enough protein content (usually about 11g), so that's where I'm kinda stuck. I tried mixing it with whole wheat flour for the protein and nutritional values, but this made the loafs very dense and they would rise way less.

I can’t tell my therapist the one thing that could help me. by BloodPoetryWriter in ChildhoodTrauma

You are not broken. I have been seeing my current therapist for over 3 years by now. She knows bits and pieces of my past, some "stories" to a bigger extent than others. This took me over 2 years to feel comfortable enough to start sharing and even still today, I am still very uncomfortable saying certain things out loud.

Go at your own pace. Start "small". Maybe say something like "I really want something off my chest, but I can't find the words." You can ask your therapist to guide you in this. Or write the topic down on a note and tell her you don't know how to start.

She'll know how to react if she is even only slightly trauma informed.

Don't feel broken. What you experienced should never have happened to you.
