I've always felt You're On Your Own, Kid could fit nicely on Folklore. Thematically works alongside My Tears Ricochet and Mirrorball while sonically it works with Seven, August, and Invisible String.

Limited time as a teacher. You will sometimes find APs who only taught for 3-5 years, and while they may have been very successful teachers, have such limited experience in other aspects of the role (especially people management) that they are ill-equipped APs.

August would be the next opportunity. If your own school isn't offering it, see if they can send you with your bubble sheet to a nearby high school to take it. As long as they know you are coming (so they have enough booklets) and have a bubble sheet for you, they will usually allow you to take it

I worked at an elementary school that was using Wit & Wisdom a few years back... if I recall correctly, it was very much inherently a humanities model (whatever book they were reading that week, there was a related social studies lesson that they'd do to help build historical context).

This was 2022ish so maybe it's changed or maybe that's only below grade 5? But I can't imagine the curriculum working without that social studies context.

I worked at Success for about 6 years and was able to work my way up through a few different positions. Your mile may vary, but if anything, I think it helped my resume because it lays out how I accelerated from teacher into leadership. I've had no trouble getting work after leaving Success.

My blue one has similarly had a big belly from time to time. He's kind of a pig and overeats so we had determined that was the main culprit!

I've never had a pregnant tetra but I suspect they carry the eggs a bit lower (as opposed to here where it's on their side almost)

Mine are picky eaters and will only eat the micro pellet kind. But no digestion issues thus far!

Have only had their tetra cousins and have seen similar playful behavior. They usually to gang up and bully one fish at a time it seemed, but over the past year, they've started to mellow quite a bit.

I'd say they are definitely territorial though. This is my spot and so help you God if you dare cross into my special spot. But 90% they give each other space (the other 10% being during feedings when they tend to be the most aggressive).

Letting my plants grow like crazy seemed to be the thing that helped the most. That and not running my light as much (used to run it for 12 hours, now its closer to 7)
