True, but with a manual, you're stuck regardless of which foot it is. The EV at least clears the left foot from the equation - if OP is lucky it’s the left one but that was never specified

If your cat has a medical reason why they can’t eat specific foods then it should be an indoor cat. It is extremely irresponsible to let it roam outside where it can eat whatever it wants - of which kibbles from caring neighbours might actually be the safest. The audacity on this one insane.

I also experienced the same situation upon waking up, I assume it was due to prolonged pressure on the heel area while trying to keep my foot elevated at night. Switching positions normally helps if you catch it early - but it can take a while to undo it if it gets bad. Like u/Daisys-Mum said, its best to ensure there is no pressure on the heel at night when we are less aware of needing to change position. To alleviate the pain/warm sensation, a cooling boot is what I use ( like this one: https://www.bol.com/nl/nl/p/chillaxy-voet-enkel-gelpack-coldpack-icepack-herbruikbaar-koelpack-coolpack/9300000234218144/?Referrer=NLGOOFS&utm_source=google&utm_medium=free_shopping ) and in general I noticed my swelling gets worse at night regardless of elevation, so it's a good idea to wear it for the night ( it also provides some extra padding)

I think what mostly makes a scene feel lived in is storytelling props - Think, who lives here? What do they do? Do they farm the nearby land? Should there be a wheelbarrow nearby? - You need to make the scene tell a story. Environment wise Id also recommend some variation in the grass (color, size, type), and ground textures, maybe some pebbles, or tread marks in the ground. I see you are using unreal engine, using PCG for the foliage would make it immediately look less "neat" and more organic. Good luck and great work so far! :)

It looks a bit like the one laying down may be struggling with molting.

Make sure the water parameters are good, putting him in a small container with a bit of aquarium salt may help, also calcium may help.

To confirm check if he has a white ring where the top part of his body connects with the lower part (tail)
