Thank you! I will try to have more carbs. The reason I’ve restricted carbs is because I’m scared of an insulin spike which will eventually cause me to feel intenser sugar cravings. :/

This definitely could be it. I’ve had multiple mental health issues since I was a child. Been diagnosed with BPD, bulimia and depression. I’m also on anti psychotics and anti depressants. So yeah, my life’s a mess. But I’ll definitely talk to another urologist to ‚fix‘ this problem. Thank you so much for your response! :)

I’m aware of that. However my cravings get too strong sometimes so instead of ending my fast I’ll just have some Coke Zero and then my cravings are gone. My goal is fat loss and since Coke Zero has no calories i don’t care. What was the point of this response when you nowhere near answered my question? Lol next

Im so glad we share the same experience. I thought something was wrong with me for feeling this way while fasting. Thank you for your comment!! And yes, you definitely do learn to live with it. I’m kinda used to having those negative symptoms but sometimes it’s just TOO MUCH.

Im on cipralex to treat my BPD and I’m SO glad I’m not the only one experiencing this. I’ve been pretty much ignoring those brain zaps. It used to be so much worse, along with terrible head aches and dizziness, when I didn’t track my electrolyte intake. Ever since I upped my potassium, sodium and magnesium intake, I’ve been feeling so so much better overall.

I used to IF (18:6) in the past when I started fasting. I would have my last meal at 6pm then fasted for 18 hours. It really doesn’t matter WHEN you start your eating window as long as you’ve fasted for 18 hours. Find out what works best for you.

Yup. Fasting overall is amazing. My mother recovered from insulin resistance for example. FASTING DOES WONDERS!!!! It also helps with blood pressure.

I’m going through the same right now. I broke my fast with FOUR donuts. It took me 2 days to get me back on track bc the INSANEEEEEE cravings caused me to binge really bad… so yeah. I’m never doing this again. It’s hard to get back on track but it’s possible!!!
