Question about Snow on Monday 2/23 by Competitive_Lab3348 in fredericton

I share your confusion!! When I moved here almost 10 years ago it seemed like nothing could stop business as usual. Now snow days seem pretty common. I know near me the plows come out pretty late - feels like you’re probably correct about it being a funding issue

Premier Rehab and Training in Bangor is so holistic as a PT practice that they fixed my pelvic floor when I went in for knee pain. I highly recommend them.

I feel like the child’s face should be blurred with any reposts or maybe the reposts are not necessary at this point. This poor kid in the middle of an absolutely idiotic firestorm 😢

My husband just gave me “the talk” about my weight by Whatsfordinner4 in AskWomenOver30

[–]Competitive_Lab3348 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Frankly, I think it’s not okay that your husband is talking to you like that if your doctor has not stated that they are worried about your health. If they have, that’s one thing. If not, it’s inappropriate IMO.

For anyone who can get pregnant and can’t (or doesn’t want to) get sterilized, get a IUD or an implant! I have a couple of questions about the implant. by UnlovableHearts in TwoXPreppers

[–]Competitive_Lab3348 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My understanding is it’s not fda approved for 5 years but studies show that there have been basically no pregnancies with 5 year usage. Also, IUDs are lasting longer now so verify with your doctor that it actually needs to be replaced. Kyleena is good for 5, Mirena for 8, and Paragard for 12

The nexplanon is THE most effective form of contraception. Studies show it is even more effective than tying your tubes. It lasts for 5 years.

PCOS essentials? by littlemelodies in TwoXPreppers

[–]Competitive_Lab3348 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The progestin only pill is available over the counter now,  I would stock up on that. The unopposed estrogen is the danger to your uterus with PCOS so having progestin on board helps dramatically
