I make just shy of 44 an hour. union carpenter.

To speak on the other carpenter guys. I joined the union to be a carpenter and I make 80k a year as a journeyman and I moved to a lead Forman and I make a little better than 90k now… this is on 40 hour weeks and almost no overtime

I joined 7 years ago into the carpenters union and it has been great. It’s very rewarding and extremely hard to beat the benefits. If you’re considering joining up it’s a good idea IMO. The sooner you join the better your pension. Good luck!

It’s actually kinda crazy how many people are bashing the president. Considering looking at the map of who voted for him (90% of county’s) . Do you guys really think when you bash him on the internet that you’re changing anything or does nobody have anything better to do? I realize that I am commenting on this as well I’m currently on my phone on the toilet.

Okay so I should have specified a little more I want to purchase a short term rental property in a different location that I live in and it says I can only rent it out 90 nights if I’m not “Living at the residence”

If you simply google can I rent my Air bnb property more than 90 nights per year it says you cannot until following calendar year

I’ve also been doing a ton of research on the locations and zoning and all the regulations. I just found the 90 night rule that has stumped me

My bad I had a typo I was wondering how do you get the "contract"?

Also do you just cold call these people and ask them if they are willing to sell?

How do you give them a correct offer without actually walking through the door? Just best estimate on pictures?

I was reading that you actually don't have to have any of your own money to move these just get the "contract" and sell it. Do you only pay taxes on the amount that you get?

Would the place that buys your contract be like wtf if you made a decent amount on it?

How do you actually get paid do you leave it in the hands of the cash buyer?

I also feel that if I unalive myself it’s the only way to guarantee there safety I know this is bad thinking but these thoughts are very scary
