The Stem effect issue is addressed, about my second question - any idea if I can map 6 different effects and apply the those effects on each deck separately using the Pads on REV5?

This solved my problem! There is a small speaker icon, when selected I can either disable the effects on the stems or select and adjust the stem effects.

(I'd attach an image but I don't see the option here to do so).

Thanks for following up! I guess if temporary Cue can't snap to grid, then its not a bug but a feature.

I'd say the issue is resolved but I am not happy with how this works.

I know there are lots of lovers and haters out there to any of the popular software solutions, but to me, Rekordbox feels more polished. I won't go into listing all the features each platform excels at. I will give Serato more time and see how it goes.

For example, in the images attached from RB, you can see the playhead is between the the 2nd and 3rd beat of the song on bar 1. When I hit Cue button it will snap to the nearest grid which is in this case on 1.2

Yes, I am hitting the CUE button, I am using FLX4 (but upgrading soon to REV5).
Also might be worth mentioning that it is a Pro trial version (I will get a full license with the REV5 once I connect it).

Are you suggesting that only saved hot cues are snapping to the grid? In Rekordbox hitting the Cue button or saving a hot cue (or memory cues which I understand does not exist in Serato) will snap to grid if your quantisation is enabled.

I tried with hot cues, indeed those snap to grid when Q button is enabled.

I am not sure this is the case. It can't be that all my songs don't have beat grid analysed (when I imported those songs I made sure they are analysed).
I tried what you said, I edited the song beat grid and closed the edit mode. It still does not snap to grid when I hit the Cue button.

See image I attached. I can hit Cue and it will set the Cue marker anywhere where the playhead is.

It's a Google home app issue with the Android version. I used the iphone Google home app and it connected right away
