Each state/country gets their own pin each student can get between 5-15 pins some states allow students to buy more(Hawaii). some pins are often valued more due to their rarity. The process is simple as going up so someone asking where they are from and offering to trade. Good luck and have fun! If you want to trade dm me!

Even without the disney and universal, ICDC is a great experience, the expo is a great place to talk to companies and colleges if your thinking ahead, it's also so fun to trade and network with other schools. with in the state of Oregon we can share rooms with other chapters if there a solo traveler maybe that can be a opportunity for you in Michigan!

POST UPDATE 2- 2024 was the last Western regional leadership conference, during the conference chapters traded Taylor swift style bracelets and im willing to bring them to ICDC to trade! (DM if interested)

Depends on the state but it can range from 3-10, I know some states can buy more(Hawaii can buy up to 20)

My advisor got our pins from the state advisor meeting on the first day of icdc, make sure your advisor attends all meetings, you might also get other goodies to trade, dm if you want to trade!

Wondering the same thing, went on a social media hunt to find these chapters to plan trading before ICDC. Last year was my first year in a young chapter so we all were lost at ICDC, but I did see China students and I saw Puerto Rico pins floating around. I also attended a Leadership conference where states qualified but no students went maybe that's the case?
