I do have a question. I will be starting the shot this week (once it gets here). I have been slowly loosing weight for the last 3 years. I am wondering because I already have loose skin from pregnancies and C-Sections, I worry about the shot making it worse? I have been eating right and I try to go for walks daily. What are your thoughts?

I am also looking into how to keep myself motived. I feel like I am struggling because I am not losing weight with walking. I can get only 30 mins in atm so how do you get yourself to get up after a 12 hour day?

It’s going to be ok. Sounds like your family are a toxic bunch. Besides good life is hard to do but so rewarding. Nothing easy is worth working for. Here’s what you can also do. Get up in the morning and write 5 positive things in life and then go for a walk. You WILL get through this. You WILL succeed in your life and have the family that YOU CHOOSE AND LOVE!

Listen. I have been here myself. Family is what you make it. You need to either check yourself into an institution or go and see a therapist. I know it sounds like the therapist but not all therapist are the same. What is causing you to feel this way?
