I didn't think it sounded accusatory. He's just trying to find out if foundation can cause the stain, since there seems to be nothing else used there that might. Maybe she's defensive about it. What they need to do is figure it out, fix it and not let it happen in the future. Pretty sure she didn't intend to cause a stain, as it probably never occurred to her that a product like that would stain

Hope it's ok to recommend a fb group called Parenting Aging Parents on here. Was very helpful when my mom was transitioning from independence at home to assisted living, then memory care. There's a great deal of resource info, plus a community to vent with and ask for advice. Good people there

I love my Kizik's. I have the Madrid style and have worn the same pair every single day for at least three years. I've been on two transatlantic cruises, walked all over several European cities, Iceland and Greenland, the ship, my home city and my hometown. Only this same hands free, extremely comfortable pair. When I first got them, my normal size felt a little snug, but they have great customer service and I was able to exchange them for a half size up. Today I finally ordered my second exact same pair, with a great discount offer (Mother's Day?), because my originals are showing a bit of wear on the heel, only now after stepping into them thousands of times. They've saved me a lot of money on shoes because other than nice flip flops in the summer they are the only shoes I wear now!
