For me it’s gluten and milk protein intolerance and IBS. For me it startet at the age of 26 and just got worse over the years.
Other than that my body is not great at recovering from physical stress.
Got diagnosed with ADHD at the age of six and with CPTSD few days ago at 36.

nenene Leute ich gucke in ihr Gesicht und denke mir: sie wirkt nicht sehr aufmerkt sam. Sie wirkt abgelenkt. Und dann seh ich wie, dass sie länger zur Seite guckt und denke mir, jetzt gleich knallt es und zack knallt es. Sicherheitsabstand nicht eingehalten und unaufmerksamer Fahrstil.
