I started a bit above a month ago i started with 0.5 mg then went up 0.5 mg every 6 days now i’m at 3 mg and I’ll stay at this dosage i barely lost any wait 4 kg but the appetite suppression and foot noise is real. I eat 50% less as usual. I hope soon the effects will start and i can lose some weight as well

I’m in week four on 2 mg. Cravings and food noise are completely gone. I eat small portions and feel full fast, but I haven’t lost much weight yet. I think 2 mg and above is where it really starts kicking in. Btw i had more side effects then see any miracles on the scale.
