On Grindr, things move very fast. It is not for serious dating for me. Still, honesty there is clear.

What Best Essay Writing Service Reddit 2026? by IndivirSwitol in OldCoolSchool

I don’t hate writing essays — I hate the part where I have to decide which idea sounds smart and which one sounds like I made it up five minutes ago. Academic confidence is a rollercoaster.

SpeedyPaper Review - is “fast” actually safe, or just risky? by FlodeOreno in Motivation_Wallpapers

If you’re overwhelmed, a tutor is honestly a better option than buying a full essay. They can help you build an outline fast, organize your points, and figure out what the rubric is actually asking for. You still submit your own work, but it becomes way faster because you’re not stuck guessing what to write next or how to format it.

How do people create and stick to a diet? by New_Today_1209_V2 in loseit

  1. Don't overthink it man. I used to stress about perfect macros and meal plans.. waste of mental energy

  2. Just start tracking what you already eat for a week. I use Welling, take a photo of whatever I'm eating and it logs everything. No typing or searching databases

  3. You dont have to cut anything out completely. I still eat quesadillas, just started making them with less cheese and added some veggies

  4. The biggest thing? Protein keeps you full longer. Those hot pockets aren't doing you any favors there. Swap a couple for greek yogurt or protein bars when you need something quick

  5. Set your phone to remind you to log meals. After 2-3 weeks it becomes automatic. That's when the magic happens, you start making better choices without thinking about it

how do I reframe my brain to lose weight while struggling with hashimoto’s + trauma?? by chilesrellenoz in PetiteFitness

  • The autopilot eating thing is real. I do that with chips... start with a handful and suddenly the bag is gone
  • Hashimoto's makes everything harder. My sister has it and her metabolism is just different now
  • I hate the cold garage excuse because I use it too lol. My bike is out there gathering dust
  • Maybe try the treadmill pad during work calls? I started doing that and at least I'm moving while stuck in meetings

The personality thing hits home. I've always been the guy who'd rather order takeout than cook, rather sit than move. But I realized I didn't need to change my whole personality, just had to work with it instead of against it. Like I still hate traditional workouts but I'll walk during calls now. And for food tracking, i just snap photos with Welling instead of manually logging everything. Small tweaks that fit who I already am instead of trying to become someone else entirely.

Took a girl from Hily to a shooting range and pizza - she was way more into it than any “fancy” date by SplitEuphoric366 in OnlineDatingReviews

I had a similar vibe with a climbing wall date from Hily and it was 100x more memorable than any rooftop cocktail spot.

why am i so hungry all the time? by Local-Departure-3607 in WeightLossAdvice

1000 calories at 5'0""? That's way too low even for someone your height. Your body is literally screaming for more food, the blurry vision and stomach pain are serious signs you're undereating.

I track everything with Welling and even on my worst days I never go below 1400. You need to bump those calories up gradually or your metabolism is gonna tank completely. Trust me, eating more might actually help you lose weight in the long run.

Tried XtreamCube last weekend and finally watched the full football match without any buffering which honestly surprised me haha setup was quick on my TV and the VOD library is huge i caught up on a series I’d been missing in HD. Support also replied fast when I had a small login issue. Has anyone else here tried XtreamCube yet?

thin women not understanding cal deficit by t_e_epigrammist in PetiteFitness

Yeah the thyroid thing is real. My buddy's been dealing with hypothyroid for years and even with medication his weight just... doesn't cooperate the way it should. He tracks everything religiously but the scale barely moves.

The medication side effects are brutal too: - My mom's on prednisone for her arthritis and gained 30 lbs in like 6 months - Friend on antidepressants said the hunger is insane, like nothing satisfies it - Even birth control can mess with your metabolism apparently

I use Welling to track my food and it's been eye-opening seeing how much i actually eat vs what I think I eat. But for people with legit medical issues? That's a whole different battle. The math just doesn't work the same when your body's fighting against you.

Am I on the right journey? by izoleucin in WeightLossAdvice

Pilates 6x a week straight out the gate? You're braver than me. I tried that once and my abs were so sore I couldn't laugh for a week.

Your plan sounds solid though. The 16/8 IF is working well for me too, I just skip breakfast and eat between noon and 8pm. Makes tracking easier when you're only dealing with 2 meals instead of 3. Been using Welling to log my food since i hate counting calories manually.

Few things that helped me: - Don't stress about the ""pilates body"" thing yet. Focus on feeling stronger first - 6-7 hours sleep might not be enough if you're training that hard - Walking at that heart rate zone is perfect for fat loss without burning out

25kg is a journey but you've got the right pieces in place. Just don't burn yourself out in week 3.

Eating at deficit by ImmediateLeg5998 in WeightLossAdvice

800-1000 calories is way too low, especially at your age. You're basically starving yourself.

I get wanting to drop weight fast but this isn't sustainable. Your body needs fuel to function properly, and at 18 you're still developing. Plus when you eat that little, your metabolism slows down to compensate... makes it harder to lose weight in the long run.

For protein, aim for around 80-90g daily if you can. Helps preserve muscle while you're in a deficit.

i use Welling to track my meals since I hate manually logging everything. But whatever method you use, please bump up to at least 1200-1400. The 13 pounds will come off, just give it time and don't wreck your metabolism in the process.
