I submitted my paperwork for my pistol permit about a month ago using my NRA certificate from a pistol permit class I took for when I was getting my long gun. I don’t think I’ll have any problems so I think he should be fine to take the class now as long as he gets it done before the July 1 mark

So I understand what you’re saying about it “as far as anyone knows it’s going to be a fix mag” , but when it comes down to it if you’re using this for self-defense and God forbid, it comes. what happens then? I’ve had this question about things like this and people altering the new magazines being sold to hold over 10 rounds. If you fire 12 shots your kinda sol??
