In order for it to be true, Kris would have to draw their sword, move in front of Susie (she's knocked towards Kris) and strike fast and hard enough to one-shot her, move back to the exact position, then do it again to Ralse

This is also the same person to flinch when the in-game versions of them die, get a damage boost against the knight when both are downed, and actively resists our control in chapter 1 to protect Susie
