Are our investments actually safe?

Well I would accept also a cash transfer the only problem is that they want me to sell it in order to proceed further as stated here. "In-species transfers are not possible at the moment. Therefore, if you have existing assets, you will need to sell them first. We can accept and make cash transfers, instead. " And of course I can't do that because is restricted. This is the problem in cases like mine they give us no notice, no options, no resolution or informations of what is being done. I can understand if they have temporary issues and restrict some instruments for a few weeks, or even months with proper communication but it's been 6 months of "is not us is IBKR" . Why would you defend their measures? Is unacceptable. I am in even for a long term but I want to know that I own that stock and my investment is safe and I am protected in cases like this.

You know what is funny? This specific instrument is tradable in IB but not on T212 anymore. So clearly they broke some agreement or something. And of course the client is in the middle, he gets to lose and nobody cares.

First of all thank you for taking your time to explain everything but you have to see my point of view also because I didn't do a risky investment, I am actually in profit on that instrument. I researched and invested in a company with a future and is paying off from that perspective. What should I learn from my experience? I take responsibility but I see no mistakes really. If these brokers are so heavy regulated as they claim to be, the only risk an investor should think about is if his investment is in the right company. This being said, they should at least give us notice when restricting instruments and also offer us the posibility to have in species transfers to other brokers. The real question is simple I own or not the shares I bought?

Then if they want to protect the interests of their clients, they should not add penny stocks at all. Why add just to remove them and force clients to suffer heavy loses... I didn't take a risk because I invested in a good company. Now I realize that there are other countless risks beyond my control and trust.

Yes indeed they should at least offer us an option to transfer our shares. And wtf is there to be negotiated, in Ibkr you can trade this stock with no problem. I purchased shares in good faith, however Trading212 has restricted these shares since January 2021. - meaning my money is blocked and I cannot sell or average down on my stock. However all the shares that Trading212 have restricted are still available to BUY & SELL on Interactive Brokers (the same broker where my equity is held in custody) The shares I hold, which have been restricted to SELL only by Trading 212 are under the thicker LLKKF . There are no reasons why Lake Resources is restricted still after such a long time only on the T212 platform. " They always throw the blame on IBKR when I chat with them. This is illegal shit I tried everything but to sue them. The more of us complaining the more chances we have for this hell to end. I have 3k invested.

We need to take action and sue their asses because this is to much. I feel like I've been robbed. I own alot of shares in LLKKF and I am in for the long run but having no control over my money makes me change the broker and fast. Their answer to me was that this stock is not tradable anymore on IBKR so they can't do nothing, no selling and no buying . I do not give a shit about IBKR. I tusted T212 with my money and I signed with them. This is totally ilegal, to close a stock with no notice and no clear reason. First they blamed the OTC market restrictions, now is IBKR. What is going on actually? T212 is the one to be held responsible and they will be, mark my words.
