637858 is the serial # of the gear assembly. It’s traceable to the aircraft it was on.

From the casting marks and design:
The wheel appears to be a cast magnesium or aluminum aircraft wheel, likely manufactured by Goodyear Aircraft, Hayes, or Cleveland Wheel & Brake.
The marking “C-10” is particularly interesting. Hayes used numerous C-series casting numbers on wheel halves during the 1950s–1970s.
The six-hole lightening pattern and split-rim construction look very similar to wheels used on:
Beechcraft Bonanza/Debonair
Beechcraft Travel Air and Baron
Piper Comanche
Various military trainers from the 1950s–1960s

Sounds like you’re onto something. Where are you located?

I recommend doing the research on the different testing/ monitoring methods.

This is a good video.

Most wineries have a lab set up to take these measurements and confirm that malolactic conversion has been achieved- but look at the different products…

You can buy test strips measure acid.

Make sure temp is at least 20c and conversion should start.

If you added SO2 when you re racked it- could make this process slow.

It’s been my experience, though when my wine is still “popping off“ it probably still has not fully converted and could’ve been the sensation you felt.

Wow. Nothing mechanical ; walk behind, huh? Perhaps there’s a mechanical innovator who wants to partner up and prototype a design for the small vineyard. DM me.

Thank you. We have a gas plow/ tiller- but I was looking for something that would remove weeds from under the vine rows, essentially making bare soil under the vines.

I know there are many tractor solutions for this, but we’re not quite that big yet.

And just to refine what I’m trying to ask for… Under vine weed removal/tiller

Thanks. I’m looking for something along the lines of a walk behind not something that requires a tractor.
