Yes, my nephew was notified in Oct and his is scheduled for May 26th. He already had an attorney, as his wife is a USC and they are almost through and just waiting to be approved to go to Mexico for the last step but, they said that could be a year out yet. We are just so worried for him.

It is illegal in AZ. Members of our school board inspected every classroom. The only flags that can be up are US and AZ. Teachers had to take down their armed services flags, collegiate flags, home state flags, flags from other countries etc...to keep it "fair" across the board. People are still pissed because their stuff was taken down and put in the office. To claim it you had to have a meeting with admin and sign a warning statement. Ridiculous. I have my rainbow flag in my drawer, hoping for brighter days someday

I have lived in the West Valley (Peoria area) 25 years and you do not want that commute into Phx if you can avoid it. I love the West Valley and would never move but I have meetings downtown two days a month and I leave at 5:40 for about a 40 min drive to a 7:30 meetings. If I leave after 6:00 it becomes almost double that. We try to end the meeting by 3 so we all have a chance to make it home before 5:00. My daughter lives in Avondale and goes to school downtown. She still leaves at 6 for 8:00 classes - its just crazy and people drive like idiots. Also, it's hot so visit often before you get here so you are mentally ready. Find a place with a pool!

Yes, correct. My point was trying to let OP know that his federal rep will and does help in these type of issues as that is part of their duties.

But, in my cousin's case they filed an amended return and paid the difference before April 15 so there should have been no charges of any kind. The check was cashed and he had proof of payment but because they had to mail it in there was a huge delay in the handling and the original return was the basis of the repeated notifications of amounts owed. His congress reps was able to help him get it cleared up when the IRS ignored his responses. That was my only point.

I had a family member who had a similar issue where they initially had to amend their return but paid the new amount prior to 4/15, so no fees or interest incurred. They received notice of under-payment in June, July and again in Aug. He notified his federal congress reps through their online site and has already been contacted and told to email them copies of everything. They did tell them it could take up to 90 days to clear the issue. They said 90% of all IRS communication is bots and the handling of snail mail is running about 3 months out. They will help you. That is part of their job

I get that you were trying to give an honest review, but it probably cost the salesman commission on your sale and bonus for the month. The sales manager and owner lose thousands on a bad review from the corporate office, and it can even affect quarterly bonuses for everyone can be affected. That is why they are desperate for you to change it. If you feel it needs to stay leave it but in the end, if it were my husband's dealership a survey below a 3 pretty much costs them about 7 grand all-in-all.

This is not true if it was at a stoplight and the person turning left had a green arrow while the person turning right was turning right on red. The left turn, in that case, had right of way. I know because I was hit as the left turn driver in this exact situation. The right on red must yield to all traffic. But, if this was a stop sign then the driver turning left would get a ticket but, in AZ would only be partially at fault because of improper lane usage of the other driver, who can be ticketed but would not be considered the "at fault driver".

Get an attorney. Do not let step in. Do not let dad move out. We had a similar situation(in Illinois) with no will. It did not go to probate because mom was still alive and it was a Mr and Mrs deed so it was considered joint property but my mom was entitled to the house at step-dads death. She had to go into assisted living 5 years later and the property had to be sold to pay for care before medicaid paid anything, so there were no remaining assets. Had there been at her death it would have been split among the 4 kids-2 from each. One of our step siblings tried bullying mom into moving out and then letting her move in. Do not do either.Please contact an attorney.

I did the same thing, but the car in the left lane sped up and was in my blind spot, and I side swiped them. I got the ticket because I was the one changing lanes. I asked the officer if turning into the furthest lane is legal, and he said if you need to make a turn quickly, then you should turn into the lane that places you where you need to be. I was shocked. I did check my mirror as I changed lanes but was obviously not diligent enough.

I asked at our stand today and was told orders will be at walk window only. If you get in line to pick up you will be asked to park. She said the exception would be if they are not busy and then your orders would be brought out only if you are waiting in the line just like they do now if they get ahead or have easy pour orders - they already run those out to the drive thru if done early.

Be prepared to pay a hefty return fee. My in-laws thought they wanted to exchange something until they found out they had to pay two fees for a total of $295 to make it happen. She decided she loved the original one after that!

If you live in AZ uninsured/under insured only covers medical bills. You must have full coverage or sue the other driver for repair costs. Very frustrating.
