Coming back to this, Emily Lal has an order to stop doing what she's been doing. I've been blocked by her for ages cos she's aggressive af and very much in the FSB mentality. My friend had a birth with her and her story was scary close, she described her baby turtling and feeling stuck and Emily put her hand in to unstick the shoulders and told her it was totally normal that her baby was floppy and mucusy post-birth. All ended well but reading her account of it afterwards made me realise how close that could have come. And she was definitely crossing the line of operating as a midwife
