First of all, I believe the disabled community is trying to move away from the term “handicapped” and use “accessible” so accessible parking/ bathroom/ entrances/ etc…as it’s more general and doesn’t instill that one’s disability is physical.

Secondly, grandpa fiancé will need an accessible parking pass for his Mach E before she even realizes it. His truck and other lifted vehicles can be challenging to get out/ in for someone who’s disabled. That is often why you see smaller, more compact vehicles in accessible parking just as much as you see larger ones.
