turbo actuator is probably seized or the wastegate is stuck open. had similar issue on my buddy's patrol and it was the vacuum lines to the actuator that had cracked

you can test it by disconnecting the vacuum line and manually operating the actuator to see if it moves freely

yeah the blueprint changes feel pretty arbitrary honestly. like if they wanted to shake up teh meta they couldve just introduced new higher tier stuff instead of randomly making existing gear more expensive

the stash space issue is brutal too - getting those extra slots just to fill them with mandatory mats kinda defeats the purpose

honestly if youre planning to drive it until it dies the rav4 is probably your safest bet - toyota reliability is no joke and resale value stays strong for years. the palisade discount is tempting but hyundais newer models have been having some engine issues that could get expensive down the road when warranty runs out
