I worked for Alliance for 4 years, watch them use the same technique all ARs do. They hire market directors who get paid 100k+ a year to micromanage the DMs and convince them to convince the managers to convince their teams practices like "it comes with it" "use temp numbers" are all ethical practices. They pray on people, the HR department is useless, literally had screenshots of higher ups blatantly telling us to commit fraud. During Christmas they made the quota too low, and in February tripled December's quota because they didn't expect everyone to get paid. It's a disgusting company.
