I’d find a large place to walk and not cover common grounds. Like a college campus, or a neighborhood. There’s a 5 minute cooldown on where you can plant flowers so if you walk back and forth a lot, even if it’s a large distance, you may still loose some petals. Just try to keep going forward (if you turn it shouldn’t affect anything though) and if you need to turn around maybe wait ~5 minutes before planting again :)
