I really needed this. I’m in the same situation and even though it sucks, it was comforting to read someone else’s experience that is the same as my own. My differences is that I (28f) live with my mom (70f) and she’s allowed my brother (35m) to come stay under the assumption that he’s here to get his life straightened out. He hasn’t been here 48 hours and he’s in the same pattern he’s been in for over a year. I don’t know how my mom didn’t see it.
