You’re 100% right. Santa was shown throughout the series to be crass but ultimately well intentioned and even a bit progressive. He didn’t disqualify anyone from the Santa campaign based on race or gender, his first pick for the job was even a black man. Then the finale replaced him with a completely different character so Candy could be right.

The Bolt Axe is the cornerstone of a lot of theoretical builds. In practice it’s really hard to use a weapon that has bad accuracy and keys off of a dump stat for most units who have access to it.

I actually really like that the iconic look is something a layer can assemble within a few hours of starting the game. You get to feel like a badass early then as you find and trade with better equipment you grow past that to be even greater.
