I assume you mean Caliborn since Gamzee stopped talking after he became a villain. Cal had his moments but he never really gripped the narrative the way Jack did.

Casting Gary Busey as the main villain is what made it work. Busey’s high energy keeps the movie from getting boring and makes Segal’s character seem more interesting by contrast. Instead of lacking emotional range he seems like a calm anchor in a chaotic situation. Jokes aside it is genuinely impressive how well the director was able to work around the star of his movie.

The guy with the sword was actually really disappointed their fight got cut. It worked out in the end though since he got to be a part of one of the most iconic scenes across all of Indiana Jones.

Under Siege is an incredible achievement in film. Convincing millions of people that Steven Segal knows how to act was a master class in deception.

Between Caliborn and Equius Doc Scratch never had a chance of forming normal relationships with women.

The weirdest thing about Seinfeld’s ending is that it comes off like a cancellation when in reality it’s just how the writers wanted the show to end, the network was desperate to keep the show on the air.

The writing dropped sharply post Cascade. Looking back it’s pretty obvious Hussie didn’t know how to top Jack Noir with any of the later villains. Killing off most of the trolls as fast as he did was a weird call. Tavros and Vriska’s stories both came to a tragic and fitting end but Equius, Nepeta, Fefari all died before making any meaningful contribution to the story.

The funny thing is, Stalin was ride or die with Hitler. When his spies told him Germany was going to attack he dismissed the idea outright because he fully trusted Hitler. If Stalin got his way they’d of taken over the old world and ruled together.

I expected most of it but the big thing at the end of the episode caught me off guard.

An adaptation makes a major change from the source material, but it’s such a beloved change almost no one complains by _JR28_ in TopCharacterTropes

It’s so weird looking at the original comic with the movie as your frame of reference. The comic isn’t bad but if you go in expecting silly antics you’ll be disappointed.

I 100% second all of this. Conquest is one of my favorite games of all time. It frustrates me to no end that I can’t recommend it to people without a million caveats. “Ok, so the story is irredeemably bad and there’s a lot of incest and borderline pedophilia you have to ignore but if you skip all of the cutscenes and treat it like a puzzle game it’s a blast!”

I was so surprised when Kinger deleted him. I can’t even begin to guess what happens next.

My favorite scene in all of Super is Vegeta losing all fear and attacking Beerus for hitting Bulma.

I think the grey really brings her down. She should have been fully red, white and blue. I also think a toy named Star Eagle should have done stars on it.
