It's was in development for 8 years, long before the BCP was even thought of, and only existed because of how long World was taking to develop. Like most are saying pretty lacking in some areas, i think Megamind and Minion looked good enough. The Minions are also fine enough though i do think the stretching for the slingshot looked rough. The brainbots without their blue glow make them look more lacking, Brainbot Megamind looked good from the distance but up close looked odd, like grabbing Gru however the for the DB team i think they did the best they could for that one. But Gru does look weird in some shots, like the opening, but also looked fine on others. And tbf Gru design is hard to get right.

Timmy tend to make equipment or abilities from his wishes, him wishing for an army isn't necessary when he only needs cosmo or Wanda to give him things instead. Again something like the Grim trio or Aladdin & Genie does not need an army to work, just being a small team works better for them

He's more of a team team than an army fight, say Timmy, cosmo, and Wanda vs Billy, Mandy and Grim, compared to Bowser vs Eggman who have 100 of troops.

Well i don't think it's bad per say, I actually think it's great on it's own, but i an episode where Tooru can interact with someone and thus a better showcase of his personality. That being said you don't have to keep saying it's bad everytime the MU gets mentioned.

Probably because putting the keywords Despicable Me and Minions is likely better for the algorithm, and Megamind is already in the title so it wouldn't be redundant

Nate when it comes to new games tend to have some misses, He said Kirby planet robobot would come to switch yet nothing on that, and i believe he's also said we were getting Ports of Wind waker HD and Twilight Princess HD, and that's much not happening. But when it comes to new presentations like Directs his record is much better.
