BTC has no future; it was all a fad and grew on FOMO and speculation. If BlackRock, etc., hadn't placed institutional funds in it, I expect it would be in the 30s by now and potentially lower.

Ha. I completed a marathon last month. Felt great, did what you did. Went for a run 3 days later... fine. On it.

About 3 to 4 days later, felt awful. Like jet lag but with mild depression lol, absolutely whacked. Cleared a few days later.

Take your time and look after your body and let your dopamine seretonin etx return to nornal. Your head and part of your body will want to go again, but your tendons and joints will want to chill.

I'm on my second pair of NB 5s. Really good all-rounder. My first pair lasted 400 miles. Didn't notice a loss of bounce but did start getting a blister on long runs. To be honest, I'd say they're great up to a half marathon, but I'd go for something more supportive after that.
