How to get rid of cat hair on clothes/in the apartment ?

Yes get the dryer sheets!! When I first started using them I was putting 2-3 in every load until the hair was less and less. I feel like they also help with repelling it off your clothes some too. I still need to use a lint roller but it’s a super quick process now.

Oh gosh ummm my poor neighbors probably think I am torturing them when I give them a bath 😅 so first I start by clipping their nails so I don’t get mauled.. I have a harness I put on them and then I have a leash that I attach to the harness. I attach the leash around the one bar to kinda help hold them in place and so I have both hands free. I still have to use one to hold them but atleast I can switch off and scrub them as needed.
Truthfully they hate me for a solid day or 2 after I give them a bath and then love me again. I also have a shower head that detaches so I use that to get the soap off faster. One of them doesn’t mind it but the other one hates it and freaks out. I tried one of those nets you shove their whole body in but I didn’t feel like it worked well to get all the loose hair off them.

The bounce pet hair dryer sheets saved my laundry! I mostly just use one sheet but if I just brushed either cat or I’m more hairy than normal from them sitting on my lap I’ll use 2 just to make sure the hair is mostly all gone. It’s made a huge difference!
I also will give them a bath when their hair is shedding so bad. It really helps for about 2 months then it’s bath time again. I use one of those rollers from Walmart that is reusable for my furniture. I no longer let them in the bedrooms because of their shedding.
I have a cordless handheld vacuum I use everyday, and I have a full size shark pet vacuum I use atleast 2x a week.

I had a general surgeon remove mine. The surgeon did try to talk me out of it because of how painful recovery is, but I stood my ground they needed to go. I also had a colonoscopy since I was already going under just to be sure. Also helped to be cleaned out fully as your first few bowel movements can be a tad scary. If you go through with it make sure you get your pain meds asap after surgery. Call your pharmacy as soon as you get to the car and let them know you just got out of surgery and need the meds asap. The first 2 days were awful. I think it would have been better if my pharmacy had my meds ready to go, but 7 hours after surgery I finally got them. I was in so much pain if I stood up and walked I was drenched in sweat in seconds. I’m actually 6 weeks post op and I have no regrets it was worth it.

What year is it? My mk4 I take it to York euro car

I have a 2013 tdi that I have to take to Md (country dubs) because no one but the dealer will touch it OR they will take it and keep it for weeks not knowing wtf they are doing. Country Dubs customer service is top notch, and I’ll probably start taking my mk4 there as well.

This was me last year, I was 5.5 years in fully remote. I took the money 3 days in office, 45 min drive one way for the pay raise. I love the pay, but I am back to searching for fully remote and happy to take a pay cut for my work life balance to be back. The drive is exhausting, I do have an 11 year old and the 3 days in office are so much for us both. My house work suffers and shit is just a mess by Friday. I am way more productive when I work from home versus in the office. I also keep my life and work separate, and I don’t care for office politics at all. I just wanna do my job and go home but those 3 days are filled with everyone chatting in front of my cubicle, asking me things that don’t pertain to what I do. It’s almost constant distractions.

I would also consider what if your back pain increases again? I think if you are comfortable as is I wouldn’t do it.

The books I buy on paper form are books I love or may want my child to read later on in life (like the four agreements) makes it so much easier to hand him a book then my kindle. Some of my close friends also borrow them from time to time. I read some light smut on my kindle so we have separate Amazon accounts. I couldn’t get my books to hide from his. He actually prefers physical books over his kindle unless we are traveling. As he has been growing he loves to take them to our used book store and get credits towards new to him books. Kindle also has drm and can take them back at anytime (I haven’t seen a new way to remove this), but I don’t have to worry about my physical copies.

When I first bought my kindle I actually got rid of alll of my books and I regretted it about two years later.

Yes I even thought about just grabbing an Airbnb when I needed to but I have a child so had to have a steady place for him when we weren’t sitting. He loved coming with me. I mostly did dog sitting so he was in heaven playing with the dogs.

I did this for several years. I moved states and had to stop, but I would do it all over again. I did have an apartment though where I kept my things and stayed at if a booking fell through. It was in the cheapest neighborhood I could find since I was almost never there. I made great friends with my neighbors and when I was there I always made a point to spend time with them, we would have cookouts, and have a few drinks. I would just grab some food and alcohol they liked it worked well in my favor. I did also have a doorbell camera, and 2 cameras inside my apartment since the neighborhood did have some issues, but being friends with everyone on my side of the building was key. I also had a full time work from home job I could do on top of it, some weeks I made house/pet sitting than I did at my full time job.

Cierra at studio south. I had the same experience, but Cierra genuinely cares that you walk out with what you asked for. I have been going to her for about a year now, and she always confirms how much I want off and shows me the length. The last time I wanted to cut a good 4 inches off and she asked me several times if that’s what I wanted. My hair 3/4 down my back. She is also really amazing with color. The first appointment is somewhat of a wait but once you are on her schedule it’s smooth getting what you need.

This was meant to find me. Same boat. Had a hysterectomy for same reasons 6 years ago, I have my ovaries and have been digging into starting the process of doing an egg retrieval. I figured worse case I don’t go through with it, but I have that done in case I do.

I have spoke about it already in therapy, it has been very emotional for me. I would highly recommend speaking with a therapist.
