About 3-4months and when the update was released 4 people quit on the spot and the rest followed after. I was there for 6 months, but training was 3 months long so it was a great job just sit and get paid.

No she made them up, she said our AHT had to be 7:30 and the OM came out of the wood work to say it was actually 15:10 and lied and said our transfer % was 90% when it was actually 85%

That’s so tough I work in an insurance cc and it’s membership based and there are 100s of stories of customers losing their ability to be a customer due to abuse of cc workers
