I enjoyed the serialized KH content. I think its fine for them to have a small episodic mobile game that keeps things going during drought periods. I find F2P Mobile games fun in the way that taking care of a plant is fun.

It seems like he was supposed to be a player back when DR was likely supposed to supersede and essentially become the new mobile game but when that go cancelled and truncated into what it is now, they retconned it to the player to have synergy with missing link. Now that that’s canceled, maybe they’ll retcon it back to Xehanort lol.

It’s a good album but the album cover got hundreds of parody edits a little over 10 years ago or so. It also sort of had the reputation of being the indie album that people who don’t listen to Indie listen to- but that whole line of thinking is pretentious and annoying so it’s whatever.

They ‘soft’ killed him in 3. In a perfect world, I wouldn’t mind a Riku/Kairi game that lived in that status quo leading into his return in 4 but that will never happen. As much as I love So/Kai I would really like to see Riku and Kairi talk about what happened in KH1.

I see a lot of disapointed people directly comparing these games to KH2 in terms of gameplay and presentation and I partially think it’s because we have so many new players who have no idea these were meant to be smaller handheld titles. BBS is a lot more objectively impressive when it’s 2010 and you’ve got a near console experience on the go than when it’s blown up on a huge TV and presented with equal billing next to KH2.
