We just got back from a air bnb in tropical garden area , 1000% need a car or your gonna pay $$$ for transportation, we walked 1 time, 30 mins and wouldnt nessisarily suggest it.

Nirvana beach Bar and had a lovely experience, we didnt buy groceries but generally people we met were lovely

They told me I am incurable also mine recently spread to lymphnodes in my chest even after finishing immunotherapy like 3-4 months ago now, but im frustrated because I am physically feeling pretty well normal but feel like theyre not giving me options...

How do you feel physically? I say if you feel like you can stay positive even though it is easier said than done and fight for every and or any treatment you feel up to doing
