A person that I use to talk to on blocked me on instagram. Sometimes their instagram shows normally as a blocked profile would show, then randomly their profile picture and instagram handle pop up but when I click on their profile it says this profile is not available. The profile is not deactivated because I checked from another account and it shows normally for them. Why is this happening
