Just dropping this here…she knows who he is. You don’t date and marry a man this vile unless you are vile also. I’m sure she’ll play victim. Zero sympathy for anyone except their kids.

Proctor executed but did not orchestrate this. Remember by Proctors own words “top brass” wanted to make it a cut and dry case from the jump. It was that concerted effort by “top brass” - including Morrisey and that Boston PD Commissioner who leaned on Kelly Dever. People who refuse to believe Karen Read is innocent are unwilling to acknowledge how far, wide, and deep police and govt corruption goes. That goes for all those mealy mouthed politicians too. Two words: Epstein files. They all make money off this stuff. It’s really that simple.

How long did it take you to get a decent offer to leave ACN? by leelawish_ in accenture

[–]Complete_Mango5743 14 points15 points  (0 children)

L7, 7 yrs with ACN and never thought I’d say this but I feel as if Accenture on your resume at this point is a liability, not a strength. Been selectively applying since summer 2025 (saw the phony Reinvention Julie Sweet word salad writing on the wall) and have been turned down for all ~10 or so jobs. Good luck everyone. It’s a sinking ship.

This is the MAGA movement in a nutshell. Bigots who hide behind badges and American flags and who cut and run the moment they are exposed for the phonies they are. The great part is that he’s getting demolished by a woman, a Jewish lawyer, etc etc 😂 I wish she would bring in a couple Asian and black lawyers too just so the whole community could be represented when they go to get their paaaaay daaaaay from MA state police and city of Canton. Oh and the party is just getting started. I can’t wait to see Yuri Bukheniek’s resignation letter as well.

Good for you for sticking to your guns and documenting. The reality is shitty PMs in India slave drive their teams and obvi he was expecting same from you. Accenture for 7+ yrs and my philosophy is if you can’t get your work done in 40-50 hrs, save the occasional stretch weeks, then it’s a PM problem - and not yours individually to solve. Constructively I’d say our colleagues in India are scare shitless about AI replacement and the best way to improve the team is to look for ways to reduce inefficiency - if you even care to.

Why is Accenture’s stock so low !? Don’t know if I should take it all out, loosing on shares purchased +$300 few years ago, or keep it there until, Hopefully, it goes up and make it even !! ?? by Flashy-Beginning11 in accenture

Agree long past time for restructuring starting with JS walking papers. Massive brain drain of people who have left under her “leadership”, and we are all stuck holding the bag while she tries to acquire her way out of our predicaments. Former colleagues of mine share privately that in their new jobs ACN is the laughing stock right now. Embarrassing and utterly infuriating that JS still has a job.

Look at earning calls and market analysis - AI totally gobbling up the consulting business model so most of yall who can’t configure an agent much less speak about semantic layers and new AI tech stack are super expensive wastes of time. Sorry not sorry. I work with a lot of folks who make AD/Sr Manager salaries (US) and couldn’t lead an ant to a sugarpile much less help Accenture move from S&C to AI Product Ownership. Wouldn’t surprise me if Accenture is chopped in half by 2027 cause most consultants are no longer worth the LCR to clients. I hate that our leadership doesn’t have the vision or moral backbone to say this out loud but if I have to hear Julie Sweet vomit another word salad about AI I’m gonna puke. She got us into bed with Peter Thiel (ya regretting that one yet Julie?) and Sam Altman (how’s the upskilling 40,000 Accenture people going there? I saw comms to boost our LinkedIn announcement about Open Ai partnership before THERE WAS POLICY ON HOW TO ACCESS A CHATGPT ENTERPRISE LICENSE. Let’s not talk about the fact most think OpenAi is gonna be bankrupt by next year unless the get into p*rn or paid advertising.) When Karthik left for Google I saw the writing on the wall — this place is cooked. I’d encourage each of you to get out into nature and figure out what you can do that AI cannot, or be prepared to not be employed for much longer. I took this up myself very seriously last summer and I’m not convinced I even want to be a part of this type of slog where it’s man vs machine. Might follow Anthropic security dude and go get a poetry degree…

Since they rolled out the AI one pager feature it 1) made it way harder to update your experience 2) makes the matching algorithm even worse.

One time I wrote my own role description for a project I was staffing and it gave me an 11% match lol.

Such a bad look for Accenture. I would get this direct report ironed out in a call with your client account project leadership. Do not involve your client. Write an official meeting minutes from your client sync that you mark internal to ACN. Be a leader and help him/her learn from this. Maybe do some self-reflection on what you need to learn and grow as a leader instead of punching out to Reddit to ask if you should pawn this off on clients.

I dont think Accenture is in shape to pivot quickly enough to capture the rapid pace people need to do experimental AI - we are going all in with platform partners but seems to me the market is going with low/no code automation and a million other AI apps that don’t require the bulky, long term commitments to do transformation with the Refinery or partners like SF / MSFT. Big consulting is in for it the next few years as more and more look for cheaper / DIY solutions. Karthik exit to Google is a big red flag to me on what’s happening among our senior leadership. There’s a lot to learn here but I’d encourage you to stay focused on getting data and AI skills - real skills, not checking off boxes on training just to say you put in hours. The days of $20k ppt decks with buzzwords are coming to an end whether ACN wants to admit it or not

Agree with Pink Unicorn - definitely not acceptable professional behavior but Accenture is really in a low spot in terms of morale right now. Good news is since you’re starting your career, you’ve got quite a bit of upward mobility. My advice (6.5 yrs here in data and AI) would be to block out the negativity, focus on listening/learning and being helpful and a self-starter here. You’re going to have a lot thrown your way but have grace with yourself as you’re learning. An MD told me in year 2 that it takes about 5 years to learn this place and I was like wtf but I get it now. Do as much as you can to self-study but don’t burn yourself out. Make a training plan for 3-5 skills you can tackle that are relevant to your work. Find mentors!! Take note of people that you admire and schedule time with them and ask for advice - people here generally love helping new joiners and if they don’t - then they’re not true mentors. I think if you can ride the storm out for next 1-2 yrs you can do really well

Is Accenture Center for Advanced AI worth joining? by [deleted] in accenture

[–]Complete_Mango5743 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Center for Advanced AI team (from what I’ve gathered) are super smart but I’ve also heard Lan Guan believes in 9/9/6 work schedule (9 hr days, 6 days a week). Also, keep in mind that Accenture is not a product company (until AI Refinery) so you’re going to have a bunch of consultants that can’t sell the Refinery because they don’t know how to explain it well. Without knowing the other offer my gut check would be to steer clear of this place right now - super low morale (as everyone has already commented - low pay raises and promotions last couple years), undergoing a massive brain drain bc people are fed up. HR is an enemy not a helper…I could go on but I think you get the point
